Plastics is a very common product and each and every household has many things made of plastic. It is cheap, lasts long, easy to make. It can be moulded in any form and can be made like this as possible.
People are not aware of the threat of plastics causes when it is disposed of in the environment. It does not decay like fruits of vegetables but stays inside the earth for 1000s of years.
Plastic causes a lot of pollution – water, air when it is dumped in rivers and seas the water is polluted. When plastic is manufactured it emits tonic gases which are harmful to the lungs. It causes global warning also.
