Two women who were on their morning walk, were stopped by two friends riding on a scooter. The women had heard of the frequent thefts in the area. Fearing that the riders would snatch their neck chains, they immediately shouted for help. One of them fumbled in her purse to get the mobile. Leg Trap Summary in English
Dhira was a shoeshine boy, who was living with his mother and sister. After school, he would sit near a theatre to polish shoes to earn a living.
One day when he was counting the day’s earnings he overhead a passerby telling that a thief had stolen a gold necklace from a jewellery shop the thief had a beard.
Dhira wanted to go to jewellery shop to find out what happened. By that time a customer will dress came to him and told him that his shoes had to be polished and he was not a hurry.
Dhira started to polish the first shoe, he saw & policemen approaching. He was eager to know about the theft. In the meantime, the customer lost his temper and told him he was not doing good work. Dhira started polishing thinking that the customer would complain to the police about him. After polishing the first shoes he asked the man to put his other foot.
New the customer was in a hurry to go. Dhira was wondered why he was telling. Initially, he was not in a hurry, now he was telling he has only 2 minutes.
As he was polished Dhira was something sticking out of the back of the 2nd shoe. He closely looked & came to know that the customer was the jewel thief.
He tied the laces of both the shoes and called the policemen. The thief fell flat while trying to walk. The police came and caught the thief. Dhira was praised and awarded by the police, jewellery as well as his school for showing his presence of mind and bravery.
